Access Statement

·	Access to the property is through a farm gate (often closed due to livestock in field) and then leads to a steeply sloping uneven track for about 90metres before going over a cattle grid.

·	It is then approx. 25metres to the car park which is on the left and surfaced with small stones.

·	The bunkhouses are approx 35 metres from the car park over mainly small stones.

·	All bedrooms have bunk beds.

Main bunkhouse is up two deep steps and the interior is all on one level with self-closing fire doors to the kitchen/dining area. Small bunkhouse access is on ground level but internal access to conservatory is up one large step. Access to one bathroom is up two steps. Self-closing fire doors to kitchen/conservatory area.

·	Very little public transport but very good mobile phone reception.
