We are a small family run business who believe in giving excellent value for money.
We do not have a long list of do’s and don’ts but we would expect you to leave the property in the same condition you found it and that you keep the noise down after 11.30pm if there are other groups staying.
You can be fully self-catering, eat out or we can prepare delicious pre-booked, home-made meals. Vegetarians catered for.
You can arrive here at anytime of the day or night with prior notification.
We operate under current fire regulations which are reviewed periodically.
All vehicles and personal possessions are left at owner’s own risk.

You are always sure of a warm welcome at Tyddyn Bychan rural bunkhouse. We are a traditional 18th century Welsh farmhouse complex set in a south facing hollow in beautiful rural surroundings yet less than a mile from the main A5.
Tyddyn Bychan has two acres of private land amidst farmland in the peaceful, picturesque hamlet of Cefn Brith.
The nearest shop and pubs are in Cerrigydrudion which is over 2 miles away. If you want to enjoy an evening in the pub without driving then use Goddard’s Taxi firm. See links page for details.
